Field Service Technician
Field Service TechnicianThis position will report to our Mascoutah, Illinois location but will focus on customers located in the Southernmost Illinois and Southeastern Missouri regional service areas.
Hours:
Monday- Friday 8AM to 5:
00PM, evenings as needed, weekend shift rotation possible, holidays as neededTravel:

This role serves as the face of Wisper in the communities where we provide service by installing new service for customers, offering customer education, assistance with connecting customer devices to their wireless internet and troubleshooting existing service as needed.
Our Field Service Technicians are exposed to variety on a daily basis:
working hands-on with tools, configuring technology, climbing ladders and roofs in all weather conditions and driving to various jobs throughout our network each work day.
We provide our techs with paid ongoing training, opportunities for advancement, tools and dedicated work vehicles.
