Restorative Nurse-The primary purpose of the restorative nurse is to plan, organize, develop, coordinate, and direct the restorative nursing program and its procedures in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern such programs to maximize our resident's existing abilities, emphasize independence instead of dependence, and minimize the negative effects of aging and disability.
Requirements The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year previous experience with Restorative Programming in a long term care environment.
Strong management and organizational skills Good understanding of the Medicare and Medicaid Reimbursement System is preferred.
General knowledge of MDS completion, laws and regulations governing Long-term Care, ability to manage deadlines, and strong analytic skills.
Must be able to work with other healthcare professionals Proficient in the use of personal computer IND1 Job Type:
